Refund Policy
The Shop does not accept any returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances, and cannot accommodate requests based on reasons such as differences in product condition, size, color, texture, or overall impression.
The products offered include both pre-owned and new items, all of which are inspected and evaluated prior to sale; however, misunderstandings of product descriptions, subjective interpretations of wear or quality, perceived discrepancies between images and the actual product, or external factors related to shipping are not eligible grounds for return.
Returns are only accepted in cases where the Shop determines that a clear and undeniable error has occurred on our part. Such cases include situations where an item different from the one ordered is delivered, a significant defect not stated in the product description is discovered, an initial defect in a new product is confirmed, or a shipping error or other operational mistake by the Shop is evident.
However, even if a case falls under these exceptions, items that show any change in condition—such as signs of use, washing, missing accessories, noticeable odors, or similar alterations—will not be eligible for return. Additionally, returns will not be accepted for reasons based on subjective customer perceptions of quality or due to age-related characteristics inherent to vintage or pre-owned items.
Conditions Required for Returns or Exchanges
The following conditions must all be satisfied:
- The Shop must be contacted within 14 days of the product’s arrival.
- The item must remain unused and unworn, with all original tags, accessories, packaging, and other included items intact.
- The item must be free from any odors, including but not limited to perfume, tobacco, or pet-related smells.
- The product must not show any damage, contamination, or modification caused by the customer.
- The customer must follow the return instructions provided by the Shop.
If the Shop acknowledges that the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be borne by the Shop, and any fees incurred by the customer (such as bank transfer fees or payment processing fees) will also be covered at no cost to the customer.
However, returns due to customer reasons are strictly not accepted under any circumstances. Eligible return cases are exceptional and limited, and the final judgment will be made at the discretion of the Shop.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and its condition confirmed. The timing of the refund appearing in the customer’s account depends on the policies and processing times of the relevant payment services or financial institutions.

当店ではお客様都合による返品・交換は一切受け付けておらず、商品の状態・サイズ・色味・質感・イメージの違いなどを理由にした対応には応じられません。
当店が提供する商品は古着と新品双方を含み、いずれについても検品や状態確認を行ったうえで販売しておりますが、商品説明の読み違い、使用感の感じ方の相違、掲載画像との印象差異、配送に関する外部要因等は返品対象には該当しません。
返品が可能となるのは当店側に明らかな過失があると判断された場合のみであり、具体的には注文商品と異なる商品が届いた場合、説明にない重大な欠陥があった場合、新品商品の初期不良が確認された場合、または誤配送その他当店の業務上のミスが明確な場合に限ります。
ただし、これらの例外に該当する場合であっても、商品の状態が変化しているもの(使用の痕跡、洗濯、付属物の欠損、匂いの付着など)は返品対象外となり、またお客様の主観的な判断による品質評価や古着特有の経年変化等は返品理由とは認められません。
※返品または交換については以下の条件をすべて必要とします。
- 商品到着から2週間以内に必ずご連絡いただくこと。
- 未使用・未着用の状態が保たれており、タグ・付属品・箱などがすべて揃っていること。
- 香水・タバコ・ペット等の匂いの付着がないこと。
- お客様による破損・汚損・加工が一切ないこと。
- 当店から案内する返品手順に従うこと。
当店側に過失があると認められた場合に限り、返送送料は当店負担となり、お客様に発生する手数料(振込手数料・決済手数料等)もすべて無料で処理いたします。
ただし、お客様都合の返品は一切受け付けられないため、返品可能なケースはあくまで例外的かつ限定的であり、当店判断を優先いたします。
返金は返品商品の到着後、状態確認を経て、決済方法に応じて処理されますが、返金処理の反映時期は各サービス・金融機関の規定に依存します。
