These Terms of Service (hereinafter, the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer (hereinafter, the "User") and this online store (hereinafter, the "Store") with respect to the use of the Store’s services, including product purchases, browsing, and any other related activities. 本オンラインショップ（以下「本ショップ」という）は、本ショップが提供する商品販売サービスその他付随サービス（以下総称して「本サービス」という）を利用するすべての者（以下「ユーザー」という）に適用される条件を定めるものであり、ユーザーは本サービスへアクセスし、閲覧、購入、問い合わせ等の行為を行った時点で、本規約の全条項について完全かつ無条件に承諾したものとみなされる。本規約は、本サービスの利用に関し生じ得る諸問題に対して包括的に適用される基本原則を示すとともに、個別事項に関しては返品ポリシー、配送ポリシー、プライバシーポリシー、特定商取引法に基づく表記その他本ショップが別途定め公開する各ポリシー（以下「個別規定」という）が存在する場合、その内容が本規約と併存し、場合によっては優先的に適用される。ユーザーは、本規約および個別規定の双方を総合的に理解し、その内容に拘束されることに同意したものと推定される。

第1条（適用範囲）

1. 本規約は、本ショップが運営するウェブサイト、関連URL、デジタルコンテンツ、電子通信その他の形態を問わず提供される一切の機能に適用されるものとし、ユーザーは利用の目的、経緯、期間の如何を問わず、本規約の対象となる。本規約は、本サービスに関する包括的かつ全般的な基本契約として効力を有し、ユーザーは本規約の内容について逐次確認し、理解したものとみなされる。
2. 個別規定、その他本ショップが別途提示する説明文、注意書き、補則、案内文、電子メール等による指示が存在する場合には、それらも本規約の構成要素を成すものとし、ユーザーは各内容を総合的に遵守する義務を負う。万一、各文書間に抵触・矛盾が生じる場合には、特別規定として定められた個別規定の内容を優先的に適用する。
3. 本規約は、ユーザーの利用状況、使用端末、通信環境、アクセス状況その他の事情にかかわらず常に効力を有し、ユーザーが本ショップを閲覧した瞬間から、商品の受取完了後に至るまで全期間にわたり継続して適用される。

第2条（禁止事項）

本サービスの円滑かつ適正な運営を確保するため、ユーザーは以下に該当する行為、または本ショップが同等と判断する行為を行ってはならない。

1. 法令、条例、行政指導その他公的機関が定める基準に抵触する行為
2. 公序良俗、社会通念、一般慣行に反する行為
3. 虚偽情報、誤認させる情報、不完全な情報を登録または発信する行為
4. システム、サーバ、ネットワークに対する不正アクセスまたはその試行
5. 転売目的の購入、代理購入、架空名義の注文、通常の購買行為の範囲を逸脱した大量注文
6. 本ショップの運営を阻害し、負担を過度に増大させ、その他合理的に不適切と判断される一切の行為

本条に違反した場合、注文取消、利用制限、損害賠償請求など必要と判断する措置を講ずることができる。

第3条（商品の購入・注文確定）

ユーザーは、商品ページに記載される価格、説明、注意事項、個別条件、配送条件等を十分に確認したうえで注文を行うものとし、注文確定後は入力内容を基礎として処理が進められるため、誤入力による不利益はユーザーが負担する。注文は、本ショップが受領した時点ではなく、注文内容を確認し承諾した段階で成立するものとする。

支払い方法として選択可能なクレジットカード決済（VISA、MasterCard、American Express、JCB）、Apple Pay、Google Pay、PayPalおよび代金引換の利用に関しては、各決済提供者の定める規約が併せて適用され、決済に関する利用条件またはトラブルは、ユーザー自身が当該事業者との契約に基づく責任で処理するものとする。決済手続きの詳細や注意点に関しては「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に記載される内容が優先される。

第4条（返品・キャンセルについて）

返品・キャンセルにかかわる基本的方針は、別途定める「返品ポリシー」に全面的に依拠し、本規約はその概要を規定するにすぎない。原則として、ユーザー都合による返品・交換は一切受け付けないものとし、商品不備、誤配送、記載内容と著しく異なる状態、その他本ショップの過失により不具合が発生したと客観的に判断される場合に限り、例外的に返品手続きが認められる。

返品の対象となる場合でも、商品到着後二週間以内の連絡が必要であり、この期限を経過した場合、理由の如何を問わず対応は行わない。また、返品を認める場合に限り、返送送料および返金手数料等は本ショップ負担とするが、ユーザーによる手続き方法の不遵守、判断基準の不適合等がある場合には対応を拒否できる。詳細は「返品ポリシー」に明記され、その内容が最優先となる。

第5条（配送について）

配送に関する原則・送料体系・地域別条件・発送時期等は「配送ポリシー」に詳細を規定しており、その内容が優先される。通常、注文確定後1〜2営業日以内を目安に発送手続きが行われるが、天候、交通障害、繁忙期その他予見困難な事情により遅延する場合がある。

沖縄・離島地域については追加送料が発生する場合があり、1万円以上の注文で送料無料となる場合でも、地域により例外的に追加料金が発生することがある。配達状況の確認、遅延の責任範囲、配送事故の取り扱い等は配送ポリシーの規定に従うものとする。

第6条（個人情報の取り扱い）

ユーザーの個人情報（氏名、住所、連絡先、決済情報その他識別可能なすべての情報）は、商品配送、問い合わせ対応、決済処理、マーケティング分析、業務改善その他本サービス提供に必要な範囲で利用される。情報の取り扱いは「プライバシーポリシー」に従い、利用目的、保管方法、第三者提供、Cookieの使用、セキュリティ対策等が詳述され、その内容が優先して適用される。ユーザーは本サービスの利用に際してプライバシーポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなされる。

第7条（サービスの提供変更・中断）

システムメンテナンス、障害発生、通信サービスの不具合、運営上の判断、その他不可避的な事情により、本サービスの全部または一部を予告なく変更、中断、終了する場合がある。ユーザーに生じた損害・不利益について、本ショップに故意または重大な過失が認められない限り責任を負わないものとする。

第8条（免責事項）

商品情報の正確性には最大限配慮するが、製造工程、撮影環境、閲覧環境等により誤差が生じる場合がある。ユーザーの端末環境による表示差異、外部サービスの障害、不可抗力、予見不可能な事象に起因する損害について、本ショップは一切責任を負わない。ユーザー同士またはユーザーと第三者間で生じた紛争についても、直接関与しない限り責任は負わない。

第9条（規約の変更）

本規約は、社会情勢の変化、法令改正、サービス内容の変更その他必要と判断される場合に、事前の予告なく変更することができる。変更後の利用規約は、本ショップ内に掲示された時点で即時効力を発生し、その後ユーザーが本サービスを利用した場合には、変更された最新内容を了承したものとみなされる。
