配送ポリシー

当店の商品は、ご注文確定後、通常1〜2営業日以内に発送いたします。

ただし、商品種別（古着・新品）、在庫状況、繁忙期、検品状況などにより発送までの期間が前後する場合があります。お届け日については、配送業者の状況、天候・交通事情などの影響により遅延が発生する可能性があり、到着日時の保証はいたしておりません。

 

送料は全国一律800円を基本とし、沖縄県および離島地域については別途追加料金が発生する場合があります。
また、1回のご注文金額が税込10,000円以上の場合は送料無料となります。

 

配送方法、配送業者、梱包方法は当店にて選定いたします。お客様による指定は承っておりません。発送後に住所不備・受取拒否・長期不在などお客様側の理由によって商品が返送された場合、再発送にかかる送料はお客様負担となります。

配送中の梱包材のへこみや擦れなど、商品本体に影響がない軽微な破損は補償対象外です。配送事故（紛失・破損）が発生した場合は、配送会社の規定に基づき対応いたします。発送完了後は追跡番号を通知いたしますので、配送状況の確認をお願いいたします。

複数商品をご注文の場合、梱包サイズや在庫状況により複数口で発送する場合があります。当店の配送方針は、必要に応じて予告なく変更され、変更後は当サイト掲載時点から適用されます。

 

Products are generally shipped within 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed. However, the actual dispatch time may vary depending on factors such as product type (pre-owned or new), inventory status, seasonal workload, and inspection processes. Delivery dates may also be delayed due to the courier’s operational conditions, weather, traffic, or other external circumstances, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping fees are set at a flat rate of 800 JPY nationwide. Additional charges may apply for Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands. Orders totaling 10,000 JPY or more (tax included) qualify for free shipping.

The shipping method, courier service, and packaging materials are selected at our discretion, and we do not accept customer requests for specific delivery methods or carriers. If a shipment is returned to us due to reasons attributable to the customer—such as incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or prolonged absence—the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.

Minor damage to packaging materials, such as dents or scuffs that do not affect the product itself, is not covered by compensation. In the event of a shipping accident (e.g., loss or damage), we will respond in accordance with the courier’s policies. A tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched, and customers are responsible for checking the delivery status.

For orders containing multiple items, shipments may be divided into multiple packages depending on package size and stock locations. This Shipping Policy is subject to change without prior notice and will apply from the time the updated version is posted on this website.
