Sales Price
The retail price, inclusive of consumption tax, shall be expressly indicated on the individual product listing pages. Prices are subject to modification or revision without prior notification; however, no alteration shall retroactively affect any transaction for which an order has already been conclusively confirmed. Due to the inherent nature of pre-owned merchandise, pricing may fluctuate in accordance with rarity, contemporaneous market valuations, and other variable commercial factors, which may result in deviations from pricing norms observed at other retail entities.
Ancillary Charges and Obligatory Fees
Shipping Fee: A uniform charge of 800 JPY shall be imposed for deliveries within Japan.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, consignments addressed to Okinawa Prefecture and other isolated islands are subject to supplementary surcharges in accordance with the relevant carrier’s tariff structure; prospective purchasers are encouraged to make advance inquiries regarding such additional amounts. Complimentary shipping shall be extended exclusively to orders exceeding JPY 10,000 (tax inclusive). Such exemption applies only per discrete order and shall not be aggregated across multiple orders. Shipments to Okinawa or remote islands may still incur additional charges irrespective of the free-shipping threshold.

Delivery Period
Following confirmation of payment, dispatch shall ordinarily be executed within 1 to 2 business days. Shipment time frames may be protracted during year-end/new-year periods, national holidays, or peak operational cycles. External contingencies such as meteorological disturbances or transportation disruptions may induce delays for which no arrival guarantee is furnished.
Upon completion of shipment procedures, a dispatch notification inclusive of a tracking identifier shall be transmitted to the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
The store categorically declines any and all requests for returns or exchanges initiated for reasons attributable to the customer’s preferences, circumstances, or subjective assessments.
Notwithstanding the above, in the narrowly constrained event that a verifiable and unequivocal error on the part of the store is substantiated—specifically:
- receipt of merchandise incongruent with the order
- the presence of a significant defect not disclosed within the product description
- manufacturer-level initial failure in the case of new products; or (iv) other demonstrable operational misdeliveries or errors—returns may be accepted solely as an exceptional remedy
Such claims must be communicated to the store within 14 days of the product’s arrival. Failure to adhere to this temporal requirement shall nullify eligibility for redress, irrespective of the store’s contributory fault.
In cases where the store determines that the return request arises directly from its own verifiable error, the store shall absorb all ancillary expenses, including return shipping fees and banking charges associated with refunds. For any circumstance not meeting such criteria, under no rationale or pretext shall returns be accommodated. The procedural instructions issued by the store for return processing must be followed in full; deviation from prescribed procedures or failure to meet the store’s evaluative standards shall result in rejection of the return request.
